	Typically, it has been the case that we have provided network-oriented training to clients at three levels: User Level - When changes to systems occur, users receive training how to use the new facilities. Technical Level (non-specialist) - When a system administrator or operator needs to understand more about networks. Technical Level (specialist) - When a network engineer or support staff needs to increase their technical ability, typically in one specific area, to deal with a new technology or understand specific design factors. We have a number of "off the shelf" packages and are happy to provide information on bespoke packages for the more detailed training. We strongly believe that the key to providing effective training is to understand the student's existing knowledge and what they need to know. This is a factor often overlooked by many training houses. By providing on-site training at a daily rate we are able to reduce your training costs by getting your key-attendees to attend one session, whilst those that were unable to attend the first session can attend the next session either on-site or at a training facility near you. By providing off-site training, your staff can receive prime time attention in low ratio classes without on-site problems encroaching on their time. We have a number of partner facilities that we can use to offer training locally to your site. Our instructors are not academia bound boffins, but experienced hands-on technical staff that are out there building networks now. Please note - Our course pricing may appear higher than some other training companies, there are two reasons for this: We get the best instructors available to us to teach. We have one of the best student : instructor ratios - typically 6:1
